  • Senior leaders in transition - stepping into a new role, scaling their business, or pivoting their career. Engagements often begin directly with the leader, with HR providing a quality check.

  • All coaching conversations are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm. At the start of an engagement, we agree on goals and set clear confidentiality boundaries. Sponsors may join at kickoff, midpoint, and close to align on objectives but personal discussions remain private.

  • Depth matters. Limiting coaching partnerships ensures I can give each leader the attention and space required for meaningful growth. My commitment goes beyond our sessions. It includes pre-reflection, post analysis, and giving you access to message me in between meetings for support or questions.
