Though I spent 30+ years leading some of the world’s most iconic brands, the moment that shaped me most came much earlier: losing my father at seven. I became a driven achiever — honors, scholarships, and leadership roles followed. I also learned that without alignment, achievement can feel hollow.

Throughout my career, I took three sabbaticals across five continents. I volunteered with NGOs and rediscovered something powerful: my deepest impact lies not in doing more, but in empowering those in position to create ripples of positive change. Leadership is a force multiplier.

At Google, while leading Brand & Creative Solutions, I began coaching leaders and facilitating trainings — initially as a volunteer. The transformations I witnessed sparked a new calling. I pivoted from building brands to building people — piloting an internal coaching program in Asia that grew into a global, award-winning initiative.

Now, guided by my mission to “Inspire More Leaders to Help Transform More Lives,” I work with leaders and teams who are shaping the future with heart.
